Worked as Power station Superintendent looking after the Administration and the mechanical maintenance of the generating units.
Communicated with the UN Advisor, to provide job descriptions, for the staff in the power house streamline the working environment.
Assigned to investigate the irregularities in the relationship of the maintenance contractors and the field staff, in order to avoid large amounts of finical drains under the direct supervision of H.E. the Minister of Electricity and Water.

1976 Transfer to Dhaid Power Station (Generating capacity 6 Megawatts) to work as power station in charge.
Enrolled in Aldermanston college England for course E33 for the preparation of city guild 231 electrical installation work course-B examination June 1976
1981 Transfer to head office as personnel and training coordinator for the director of electricity
1982 Participated in the international electricity exhibition on behalf of the Ministry
Additional to my duties I was ask to work with UN Advisor to the M E W.
Attended AGCC meeting on power position in the AGCC countries along with Deputy Minister.
Organized technical library and record section for the electricity department Transferred to Center Stores (Warehouse) to restructure the existing system. The duties here consisted of:-
Supervise the stocks, by determining the maximum and minimum limit of the items to avoid building dead stocks.
Coding items and material according to the instruction from the Ministry of finance taking into consideration the requirement of coding by the “National Computer Center”
Preparation of statistical statement of balances of item in stores to all department so that they take smart decision in planning ministries requirement of purchase and for assets protection
1985 Transfer to the department of internal affair and follow-up under the direct supervision of H. E. Excellency the Minister of Electricity and Water to accomplish special task, and assignments
1989 December 31st Resigned from the Ministry and migrated to Canada.

Karachi Scuba Diving Center 1989 – 2016
Established “Karachi Scuba Diving Center” (KSDC) 1989, pioneering efforts by me, as a PADI Master Instructor and Mechanical Engineer Karachi, Pakistan.
KSDC’s aim was to increase awareness, responsibility hoping to a period of time people will realize the importance of protecting our beaches, marine life and environment.
Making documentaries on Environmental awareness, Protection of Marine life, Pollution, and safety on Beaches
Created Dive club with the pledge to bring awareness among the diver to respect and protect marine fauna &flora.
Successfully completed Expedition trip to Jiwani and Astola Island Balochistan (Feb. 2006) discovering fossilized Coral Reef on the Plato 200 ft above the water.
Have been interviewed by all leading TV Channels including CNN, BBC, and other Paper media throughout Pakistan and internationally in Arabic French and Urdu.
Being Rescue Diver Instructor had privileged to trained Dubai Police, the first “Frogman team” in the gulf of Oman.
Explore the Oyster beds near the triangle area of Bharine, UAE & Qatar and map the reef using GPS to declare the “National Park” for protection of Oyster Beds being used for centuries for Pearl trading.
Empowering women role in conservative society like Pakistan Pick up a girl from traditional society and groom her making her the PADI IDC Staff Instructor (Rosheen Khan) A roll model for the women of Pakistan.
